Enamored

We met Jonah & Luke (and their parents) last summer. They are 11 and 8. Alex is enamored.
The four of them have THE BEST time together. Often after playing for a few hours it's the kids who say, "Can we have dinner together?"
At least once a week, Alex says, "I miss Jonah & Luke. When can we see them again?"
Jack and Cherie (their parents) are such fun. Jack is Chinese and has amazing/hilarious stories of growing up. Cherie grew up not far from my home town. We have the best time with them.
University City can be so transient and friends come and go, which makes it kinda hard to live where we do. I am so grateful for God to bring awesome friends into our lives that are long-termers like us.
