Watching the ducks

 Last Monday night, the zoo offered an opportunity to meet some of the keepers after zoo hours. Dave & Lilia headed out to see who they would meet.
They learned about the Golden Lion Tamerins, the pelicans, a bird that stomps on snakes and the animals in the children's petting zoo.
Lilia quickly held hands with one of the elderly tour guides. She was always the first one to attempt to answer every question the keepers asked.
At one point in the evening she said to the tour guide, "I have two options. I can be a zoo keeper or a vet."
